Rules

Eligibility:  Homeowners within 45 minutes drive of I-35 and I-44. Must have geothermal heating and cooling in use. New service plan customers only. Must be 18 years of age or older. One entry per household per month.

Winning Entry(s):  The winning entry(s) are to be chosen at random from the eligible entries. The number of winners in a given time period is left solely to the discretion of Wall Geothermal. Promotion may be discontinued at any time.

Limitations:  Contract give away is limited to (2) geo units. Any additional units may be added to the contract at the standard additional unit rate.

Legal:  Terms of Contract subject to change if the return of a signed contract is delayed more than 60 days from the notification date. The prize is not transferrable. Does not include one time charges of any system improvements requested by the home owner for improved serviceability. The winner is responsible for any tax liability arising from winning this prize.
